Carol from Direction Real Estate has had a very successful month, closing a sale deal worth QAR 8 million for townhouses in Viva Bahriya, The Pearl. Carol was able to facilitate the sale regionally, as the owner of the properties is currently outside of Qatar. She flew out herself with the payment, and was also responsible for governmental procedures and documents in order to ensure that the deal was finalized. In addition to that, after facilitating the sale and closing the deal, the new owner of the townhouses was able to rent his new home through Direction Real Estate, with a profit of QAR 624,000 per year.
