– What is the one thing you do as a broker that differentiates you from others?
\n<\/strong>I believe I have charisma and a natural quality and ability in dealing with different types of people with their various characteristics and backgrounds.\u00a0\u00a0Understanding customer\u2019s needs and communicating with them is a major contribution to being successful in our industry, especially that we have to deal with two types of customers, which are the landlords\/owners and the tenants.<\/p>\n
