In a recent Regular Cabinet meeting, a draft regulating real estate ownership for Qataris was approved.<\/h3>\n

The draft law states that residents can own properties for sale in Qatar in certain areas, under specific rules, conditions and guidelines set by the Cabinet. The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister and Interior Minister His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani.

The new rules apply to land, residential properties and buildings, in addition to other units in complexes.<\/p>\n

This move will certainly be beneficial to those who are interested in investing in the Qatari real estate market and will also play a vital role in expanding the options for both buyers and renters in Qatar.<\/p>\n
