NelsonPark Property was established in 2009 by an expat Canadian husband and Australian wife team who, after living overseas for 19 years and moving to Doha, discovered that finding a place to rent in Qatar was an exhausting undertaking.
They found that not only was their time wasted viewing properties with complete disregard to their budget, but they also found it nearly impossible to have their phone calls answered or returned. It was particularly frustrating that most agents only showed properties owned by their company.
Our main goal in creating NelsonPark Property was to ensure that no one else had to go through this frustration.
At NelsonPark Property, we have an extremely professional and knowledgeable team whose aim is to make the search for your new home an enjoyable experience by properly understanding your needs and doing their best to find that property for you.
Unlike a lot of property companies in Qatar, we are completely independent from the property owners. Most companies are owned by large real estate holding families that show you their properties exclusively. As an independent company, we strive to provide you with the most appropriate property for you and your family whether it is to rent, or purchase.
For landlords who have property to rent or investors with units to sell, we feel this independence benefits them as well, allowing us to work with the property owners individually as opposed to working exclusively for "in house" properties.
