Rawdat Al Hamama is a village located in the south of the municipality of Al Daayen, Qatar, 3 km north of Al Kheesa and roughly 10 km north of Doha. It lies between two main highways: Al Shamal Road and Al Khor Expressway. The government greatly developed the village, adding a housing subdivision that targets a population of 30,000 residents.
Rawdat Al Hamama is mostly known for housing a branch of Doha British School, a reputed school known for achieving excellent examination results in IB, IGCSE, and AS/A levels.
In terms of properties, there are mainly villas for sale and rent in Rawdat Al Hamama. These standalone villas are quite spacious and could have more than 7 bedrooms.
