The community is convenient, peaceful, and close to everything you need — supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, parks, schools, and easy access to Lusail Boulevard and major roads. Location is super convenient, unfortunately ventilation is an issue since day 1, however the maintenance team tries their best to accommodate all our requests. Sound insulation is above average and I rarely hear my neighbors except in corridors. Overall good vibes.

It have really bad smell in tye building especially in b it has like garbage smell all around the place maintenance are so rude
