Fox Hills is honestly a great place to live, especially for families. The community is convenient, peaceful, and close to everything you need — supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, parks, schools, and easy access to Lusail Boulevard and major roads. It’s the kind of place where daily life feels simple and comfortable while still being close to all the action in Lusail.
Location is super convenient, unfortunately ventilation is an issue since day 1, however the maintenance team tries their best to accommodate all our requests. Sound insulation is above average and I rarely hear my neighbors except in corridors. Overall good vibes.
It have really bad smell in tye building especially in b it has like garbage smell all around the place maintenance are so rude
