My Role as a Community Sales Associate
As a Community Sales Associate, I serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and potential members within our workspace community. My role combines sales, customer service, and operational support, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting clients, visitors, and prospects in a professional and friendly manner
Conducting tours of the workspace and clearly presenting our office packages and services
Handling sales inquiries, following up with leads, and supporting the sales process to close deals
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs promptly
Managing meeting room bookings, handling mail, and supporting daily office operations
Creating a positive and professional environment that fosters community among members
Assisting with onboarding new clients and maintaining regular communication to ensure satisfaction
Supporting the team in achieving monthly occupancy and sales targets
Ensuring all common areas and workstations are presentable and functioning
