Old Airport Road

Old Airport, also known as Al Matar Al Qadeem, is a district in Doha, Qatar. It is situated near the former Doha International Airport, which served the country before Hamad International Airport was built. 

The area is centered around Al Matar Al Qadeem Street, commonly referred to as Old Airport Street in English, which is lined with various businesses and retailers serving residents. Notably, Qatar's first mall is located in this district, near the busy Najma roundabout.

The main roads that pass through Old Airport include D Ring Road, E Ring Road, Airport Street (Matar Street), and Najma Street.

Geographically, Old Airport is located in the southern part of Doha. It is bordered by Al Hilal to the north, Doha International Airport to the east, Al Thumama to the south, and Nuaija to the west.
